Play Santa this season and give generously to some worthy non-profits in Bellingham that help out the little kids.

Lydia Place - “Every family deserves a home”
Bellingham-based non-profit serving families since 1989. Housing case management, parenting support, behavioral health counseling. Partnering with Bellingham property management and housing authorities in ending homelessness one family at a time.

Blue Skies for Children - “Raising hope and self-esteem in young hearts and minds”
Sponsors children in programs to enrich their lives; sports, dance, swimming, martial arts, music, art lessons. Support for school trips. Back-to-school backpack program.

Skookum Kids - “Caring for foster kids in Whatcom County”
Volunteer-staffed facility to care for children transitioning into foster care. They work with caseworkers to find the right long-term solution for these kids. They work with foster parents and “respite care” providers. This year they bought Perch & Play on State street and use it to host events like Foster Parents night out.
